SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

This shipping and delivery policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should therefore be read in conjunction with our Main Terms: Terms and Conditions.

Please review our shipping and delivery policy carefully when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer a variety of shipping options. In some cases, a third-party vendor may manage our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Standard Shipping: Standard shipping is free, the product is delivered within a maximum of 25 working days.

Express Shipping: Express shipping has a minimum cost of €85, the product is delivered within a maximum of 10 working days, if the product should take longer to be delivered due to logistics problems caused by the courier we will fully refund the amount paid for shipping (€85).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
No, we only deliver to Italy.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LATE?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimated delivery date.
