Delivery times
Normally, delivery times vary depending on the type of order:
- Standard orders : are delivered within 5 working days.
- Islands and remote areas : Delivery may take up to 7 working days.
- Orders with handcrafted workmanship : delivery takes an average of 15 working days, due to the time required for handcrafted manufacturing.
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted:
- BANK TRANSFER
- CREDIT CARD or PREPAID CARDS (including Postepay)
- Satispay APP
- PAYPAL (we are authorized resellers)
However, the following payment methods are not supported:
- CASH ON DELIVERY or cash on delivery
- PAYMENT BY INSTALLMENTS or deferred payment
Once we have received your payment, your order will be immediately processed and handed over to the express courier for shipping.

Regarding availability:

If the item is out of stock, the estimated return to stock date will be visible below the price.

Right of withdrawal
All private customers have the right to exercise their right of withdrawal within a period of fourteen days from receipt of the goods.
Requests submitted after this period or by non-private entities will not be considered valid.

Refund times
In accordance with the legislation in force from the date of cancellation of the order or receipt of the return, a time frame of fourteen days is expected to obtain the refund.
Generally, our administrative department will process the refund within 2-10 business days, using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
